Home Care Coordinator

The Private Duty Nursing Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by nurses who work in clients' homes. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with people, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling nurses, communicating with families and nurses regarding care schedules, conducting nurse interviews, ensuring authorizations are correct, and providing flexible options to nurse staff. You will also prioritize effective communication and collaboration, continuously monitoring and evaluating scheduling effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency in multiple software systems
