Key Responsibilities- Maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make adjustments
- Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Work on gear boxes, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, pumps
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services
- Perform simple machinist skills
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Follow Safety and Health policies and procedures
- Ability to drive material handling equipment or be trained to drive material handling equipment
- Minimum 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience or industrial maintenance associates degree with a willingness to grow into the job
- Must take and pass Ramsey Mechanical Aptitude Test
- Computer skills and/or ability to be trained on work order system
- Ability to effectively communicate to aid in trouble shooting
- Welding experience, a plus
- Must show initiative and adapability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Must have strong desire to learn, develop, and adapt to new equipment and methods
- Experience or desire to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift a plus
- Be willing to work overtime as required to meet company goals
- Track record of staying with a company a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- Competitive hourly rate of $36.29
