Product Filing Specialist, Commercial Lines

The Product Filing Specialist, Commercial Lines is responsible for a multitude of tasks including the preparation and submission of filings for Commercial Lines products and programs to all State Insurance Departments.
The role operates on a hybrid schedule in our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit filings to State Insurance Departments.
- Establish direct contact with State Insurance Departments to obtain approval of filings in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Product Services Manager and Product Services Analyst to secure necessary information for filing completion.
- Distribute State objections to relevant individuals and ensure timely responses are submitted.
- Obtain copies of referenced statutes and regulations and distribute to responsible parties.
- Finalize responses to State objections with attachments for submission to the State.
- Communicate State-specific updates.
- Close out filings in accordance with established state filing procedures.
- Assist in gathering information and documentation for Market Conduct Exams, Claims Requests, and Internal Audits.
