Role Responsibilities: As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating unit functions.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor and enhance nursing practices.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
