**Job Summary**

The Erin Hills Housekeeper is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Efficiently remove and recycle all bedding from prior night, following guidelines provided by direct supervisor.
  • Replace recycled bedding with correct bedding to facilitate timely bed making.
  • Clean all guest room bathrooms, adhering to guidelines provided by direct supervisor.
  • Empty all trash from guest rooms.
  • Vacuum all areas, including staircases.
  • Dust and/or Murphy all woodwork.
  • Notify the proper department if any luggage is left behind, ensuring its removal before proceeding.
  • Manage inventory control, resourcefully stocking and managing housekeeping closets, and efficiently putting orders away.
  • Perform due diligence to maintain the Erin Hills property to the highest standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Address all guest complaints promptly, reporting them to the Housekeeping Manager for quick resolution.

**Requirements**

  • Apply physical dexterity with some bending, stretching, reaching, grabbing, holding, and carrying.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of a work day, sometimes on uneven surfaces.
  • Walk and climb stairs and uneven ground.

**Qualifications**

  • Genuine customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Lodging Manager
