- Participate in visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
- Support the execution of sales plans, including setting up and maintaining displays, and executing price changes and promotions.
- Conduct daily and weekly audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process.
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations.
