- Conducts crisis intervention and performs comprehensive clinical evaluations, including risk assessments and intake procedures.
- Oversees the management of client cases, ensuring appropriate care and support.

- Engages collaboratively with the treatment team and fulfills on-call duties on a rotating basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology (MA), or a related discipline.
- Possession of LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC credentials, along with bilingual proficiency.
- Experience in mental health or human services is essential.
- A valid driver's license in New Jersey is required.
Work Schedule:
Work hours include Monday through Friday, with three shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM and two shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM.
