Compensation Package: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Core Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and executing contracts and project scopes.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Analyzing job costs and estimates.
  • Managing project sequencing and scheduling.

  • Experience in project setup, budget management, and cost reporting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of critical path scheduling.
  • Proven track record of leading successful project teams and fostering relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Physical capability to navigate job sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.
