Responsibilities

Welcomes, schedules, and registers patients seeking Imaging services. Ensures adherence to hospital and department-specific regulations regarding scheduling. Coordinates outpatient appointments for Imaging studies and procedures as required.

Qualifications

Minimum

High School Diploma or GED Completion of a Medical Terminology course within six months of hire Experience in an administrative role Typing proficiency of 50 words per minute Strong attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining data entry speed Ability to quickly adapt to changes in responsibilities

Preferred

One year of experience in admissions or scheduling within a healthcare environment
