We are currently looking for a Retail Banker to enhance our team.   • Exhibit initiative and a readiness to continuously learn and adapt to changing demands.
  • Assist members throughout the loan process, from application submission to fund disbursement.
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape within the financial services sector.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Provide support for cash transactions based on member needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist other branches as needed, including working flexible hours.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal PenFed systems to support member and business requirements.
  • Contribute to various PenFed initiatives aimed at fulfilling member and business objectives.
  • If certified as a Notary Public, fulfill responsibilities related to providing Notary Services in accordance with state regulations.
  • Offer inbound call support when required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a relevant field such as business management, administration, or finance.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience.
  • At least six (6) months of experience in cash handling.
  • A background in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Preferred qualifications include Notary Public certification, bilingual skills, and prior experience in phone-based customer service.

Work Environment:

This role typically involves working in an indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.

Travel Requirements:

Some positions may necessitate travel to various locations and being on-call.
