This is a hybrid positron (2-3 onsite vits per month); must be local to Alpharetta, GA


Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Associate Account Services Coordinator:

  • Work hand in hand with the Account Managers to oversee and execute administrative requirements in a Healthcare environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers daily
  • Process customer requests for benefit summaries and contact updates
  • Accurately submit customer requests and data into company processing systems


Required Skills for the Associate Account Services Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of Administrative/Front Office Support
  • Background supporting Medical/Dental Insurance teams highly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Typing speed of 40-50 WPM
  • Understanding of member enrollment, managed care, and benefit/insurance verification
