About the Role

This 12-month program is designed to provide a comprehensive leadership development experience for a Maintenance Management Trainee at JBS USA Holdings, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in hands-on rotations throughout all business sectors of the location, gaining a thorough understanding of each sector's functions and production strategies.
  • Support maintenance teams in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, projects, and grounds.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
  • Help the team maintain production equipment to meet organization standards and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Evaluate and administer training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair equipment programs and procedures.
  • Complete a challenging project that aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and impacts the company's bottom line.
  • Participate in three group-based Leadership Development Training sessions at the corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.
  • Final Placement: the last 4 months of the program will provide hands-on training in an area of interest with the intention of final placement into a leadership role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
  • Flexibility to relocate.
Benefits

  • Base salary range of $60,000-70,000.
