Purpose/General Summary: Our 12-month program is designed to give you an immersive leadership experience at one of our domestic locations. This program includes hands-on rotations throughout all of the location's business sectors, and is designed to give you real-world leadership experience and a thorough understanding of how each sector functions to support the overall production strategy of the location.

Responsibilities:

  • Rotations: You will spend time learning and working in every business sector of your location.
  • Work with a team that engages in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, projects, and grounds.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
  • Help the team to maintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
  • Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Evaluate administer training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair equipment programs and procedures.
  • Complete a challenging project that aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and impacts our bottom line.
  • Participate in three group-based Leadership Development Training sessions at our corporate U.S. Headquarters in Greeley, CO.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
  • Alignment with JBS core values and culture.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
  • Flexibility to relocate.

Benefits:
  • Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment.
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays.
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.
  • Base salary range of $60,000-70,000.
  • Relocation available if applicable.
