About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation IT Business Partner to join our Air Mobility team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in aligning business needs with transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of our One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) capabilities, and ensuring that business and transformation efforts are in harmony to enhance capabilities and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Air Mobility executive leadership team to drive business transformation and growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative IT solutions to support key results, affordability initiatives, and competitive advantage.
  • Manage a team supporting Air Mobility, the Marietta site, and off-site teams, overseeing the LoB digital portfolio, and collaborating with other LoB Transformation Business Partners.
  • Drive strategies to achieve common business goals and promote the adoption of 1LMX capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Program Management experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Proven ability to develop transformation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
