Responsibilities:
As an Apartment Leasing Specialist at our premier apartment community, you will play a crucial role in our property operations team, responsible for:
• Conducting engaging tours and effectively showcasing the community to assist prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment home.
• Overseeing the leasing and renewal process from initiation to completion.
• Monitoring local market trends and competitor activities to keep property comparables updated.
• Inspecting vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Planning and organizing enjoyable resident events throughout the year.
• Fostering strong relationships with residents through outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous leasing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A strong customer service orientation and excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry in roles such as concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus.

Pay Range:
$22.00 per hour


This pay range is approximate and actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant job experience, education, training, and professional certifications.
