Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. A high level of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to communicate and act with discretion, judgment, and enthusiasm are crucial. This position may require occasional evening or weekend work. Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, Hootsuite, and Meltwater is preferred.

While base pay is a significant component of our total compensation package, we also emphasize providing comprehensive benefits to recognize and support our employees' contributions, alongside our performance-based bonus program.

We offer a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401K plan. To promote work-life balance, employees receive 15 days of annual leave (prorated based on hire date) and 1.25 days per month for sick leave (equivalent to 3 weeks per year). The amount of annual leave increases with tenure at IIF. Additionally, we typically observe major national holidays in the countries where we operate.
