Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Adapt work hours based on operational requirements.
  • Maintain proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor.
  • Accurately execute planograms and store resets.
  • Conduct specific measurements and layouts tailored to each store.
  • Perform comprehensive store inventories and cycle counts.
  • Assemble and set up merchandise displays and fixtures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Provide additional coverage during peak periods as necessary.

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred. Knowledge in areas such as farming, ranching, pet care, or welding is advantageous. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to push and pull merchandise weighing up to 2,000 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting or reaching for items overhead.
  • Capable of standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, and climbing ladders.
  • Proficient in operating store equipment and handling various merchandise.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor work setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours.
  • Travel between different store locations is required.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe workplace and adhering to safety protocols.
