Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage hiring and termination processes
  2. Create daily schedules for all staff
  3. Conduct staff training sessions
  4. Perform weekly site self-audits

  6. Handle customer complaints and damage claims
  7. Assist in developing site marketing strategies and track measurable outcomes

Essential Duties:

  1. Facilitate group meetings and training sessions for staff at all levels
  2. Provide training on equipment, hardware, and software
  3. Support personnel management, including hiring and terminations
  4. Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and make necessary adjustments
  5. Utilize various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
  6. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  7. Complete additional tasks as assigned

Work Environment: The role involves exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The noise level in the workplace can be high. All necessary safety equipment will be provided.
