We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker I to join our team at Cabell Huntington Hospital/St. Mary. As a key member of our food service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional care and satisfaction of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Under the direction of the Director of Food Service or designee, perform duties relevant to food preparation, tray line, and dish room areas.
- Rotate through various assignments and perform a variety of jobs according to the standards of the Food Service Department.
- Provide clerical assistance to the Clinical staff by performing clerical tasks required for the operation of the department and the efficient, accurate service of patient meals.
- Assist in providing for the nutritional care of each patient.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
- Desirable experience in food services, but not required.
