Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Culinary Artist to join our team at Norswood Llc. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals that exceed our customers' expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Menu Creation: Develop menus that showcase your creativity and incorporate seasonal ingredients.
  • Kitchen Setup: Ensure the kitchen is organized and equipped with necessary tools and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality dishes that are visually appealing and meet our standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels and restock as needed.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • Culinary Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications: ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification is a must.
  • Culinary Skills: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
