Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to spearhead several multifaceted projects related to our global photo solutions at retail locations. As a key partner to the software Product Owner(s), you will facilitate cross-team planning, process execution, and delivery in a customer-centric environment.

This high-visibility role requires a leader who can drive influence and lead teams effectively. You'll work closely with regional teams in the US, Europe, and Australia, as well as collaborate with technical communities, marketing teams, and sales teams to bring new products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple small to large-sized software projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with development teams, 3rd party vendors, and external partners to coordinate project delivery and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support Product Owner(s) in prioritizing backlogs, managing product roadmaps, and release planning within an agile software development framework.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, including demos, standups, and planning sessions, to foster open communication and alignment.
  • Work closely with regional teams to align project objectives and deliverables with business goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and sales teams to launch new products, leveraging beta testing, pilots, and deployment strategies.
  • Manage external partnerships, including statements of work, contracts, and relationships, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support/Operations to analyze and resolve incident reports or escalations.
  • Ensure all necessary legal approvals are obtained, such as SW licenses, HSE, regulatory compliance, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software/systems program management, with a proven track record of delivering on-time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle software development agile practices.
  • Experience managing 3rd party development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP/Agile certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs, including OneNote and Teams.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Imaging, eCommerce, or UX/UI experience.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $98,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
