Your Responsibilities:
Work closely under the guidance of an experienced Lead HVAC Installer.
Assemble and set up heating and air-conditioning systems for residential properties.
Design and install HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping.
Keep detailed records of all tasks completed.
Maintain our reputation for outstanding service during all customer interactions.
Complete special assignments and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications for Success:
Preferred experience of 1 year in residential HVAC installation, though not mandatory.
Familiarity with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal systems, and airflow is advantageous.
EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
High standards for workmanship; excellence and integrity are paramount.
A desire for continuous improvement and personal growth.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A strong team player with a consistently positive attitude.
Dependability and consistency in all aspects of work.

Physical Demands:
Must be physically capable of handling HVAC units - able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Effective communication skills to exchange information.
