YOUR ROLE: You will be an integral part of a construction team, visiting customers' homes to implement water, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions. Together, we strive to create an exceptional experience for homeowners. Many of our clients express their gratitude with tears of joy after seeing the results of our work.

WHAT WE VALUE: A strong mindset is crucial. We seek dedicated and hardworking individuals who are eager to be recognized for their efforts.

  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: You should be open to traveling four nights a month, typically within a three-hour radius of your home. Travel plans are organized in advance, and we provide a company vehicle, per diem, and accommodations.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: A valid driver's license is preferred, along with the ability to pass a driving record check and a background check.
  • LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred for positions such as Crew Leader, Team Leader, or Lead Installer. We actively recruit current and former military personnel.
  • COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: Our compensation model for production roles includes an hourly wage and bonus potential, with earnings ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 based on crew efficiency. Promotions come with a reevaluation of compensation to align with new responsibilities.
