About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Metrology Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Advanced Technologies group, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of advanced semiconductor technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop new in-line metrology recipes and techniques to ensure high-quality semiconductor products.
  • Assist in integrating in-line metrology into our process flows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Write and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Partner with vendors and equipment engineers to drive the development of new tools and technologies.
  • Support statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement efforts to drive process excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with metrology equipment, including CD SEMs, litho overlay tools, and surface topology profilers.
  • 1 year of experience in semiconductor fabrication.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical process control.
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in lean manufacturing practices and structured problem-solving methodology.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CD-SEMs, film thickness measurement tools, and litho overlay equipment.
