About the Position

We are seeking a High-End Remodeling Project Coordinator to join our team at Sebring Design Build. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating our high-end remodeling projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate luxury design-build remodeling projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
  • Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the luxury remodeling industry. Experience in additions and new construction preferred.
  • Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing your craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and manage diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 per year.
