We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Central Resource Team as a Float Pool Nurse. This is a per diem position working nights, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
  • Assess patients' conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to other staff members as needed.
  • Function as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of start date.
