Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Order Management: Assist with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments as needed.
  • Data Entry: Accurately log call details, customer information, and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Adherence to Scripts: Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines to meet company standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
