The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve resident complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner.
  • Provide information about campus facilities, services, and policies.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
