We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at Crystal Equation Corporation. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing novel algorithms and software for AR input prototype devices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement algorithms and software for AR input prototype devices using state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to build and study interactive AR systems.
- Run or assist in data collection and data analyses to characterize and evaluate different sensing modalities.
- Design and implement user experiments to evaluate usability and performance of our prototype devices.
- Masters degree or equivalent practical experience in bioengineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with applying machine learning or other signal processing techniques to noisy biosensors data in real-time.
- Proficiency in Python and software best practices, including code reviews and version control.
- Proficiency with statistical toolboxes (such as Matlab, Python, R).
- Experience with building, optimizing, and troubleshooting interactive user experiences.
- PhD degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of achieving significant results as demonstrated by patents, shipped products, or publications.
- Experience with C++ and systems programming, e.g. networking, multi-threading.
- 3+ years of experience in industry.
- Strong communication and personal management skills.
