Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team in a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding customer service while performing precise specimen collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age demographics.
  • Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity evaluations.
  • Accurately enter patient information into our systems in a timely manner.
  • Handle billing processes and collect payments as necessary.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Travel to additional locations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
