Position Overview: As the Market and Competitive Intelligence Manager, you will be instrumental in generating market insights that drive our commercial marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Your responsibilities:
- Translate critical business inquiries and objectives into actionable analysis plans, conducting thorough analyses to yield insights for the North American Marketing team.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic planning by modeling market size and growth, supporting product line strategic planning efforts.
- Identify and acquire market data sources to enhance and complement existing primary data, consolidating and analyzing information from various channels.
- Develop competitive insights and create tools and programs to assist sales in informing marketing and sales organizations.
- Monitor and prioritize market and competitive trends, enhancing our positioning in the market and developing strategies that showcase product value to customers.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to identify opportunities and craft effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Your qualifications:
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree with experience in business intelligence and data analytics; an MBA or MS is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across various marketing and sales teams to build consensus and achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, with a talent for deriving insights from data and presenting findings clearly.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in the in vitro diagnostics market is strongly preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant analytics experience required.
