Average commissions range from $450 to $600 per application, with full-time agents typically processing five or more applications weekly.

  • Part-time agents can expect to earn approximately $30,000 to $60,000+ in their first year.
  • Full-time agents can anticipate earnings of around $80,000 to $190,000+ in their first year.
  • Agency owners, after a few years of consistent promotion, can generate a passive income ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+ annually.
