We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team at Christus Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care tailored to the specific needs of our patients.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units.
- Ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit's standards of care.
- Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization.
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
This role requires heavy physical effort to position, push and/or transfer patients or equipment and supplies, as well as prolonged standing and walking. You must be able to handle emergency/crisis situations and maintain a clean, well-lit, ventilated smoke-free environment.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
