We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our luxury retail pop-up at the Somerset Collection mall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer service, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Motivate and train staff to achieve sales targets and build a strong client base
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue goals
    • Partner with HQ Retail to analyze sales figures and CRM activity to inform employee and store goal targets
  • Retail Operations:
    • Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the pop-up, minimizing costs and risks
    • Partner with HQ Retail to train staff on loss prevention best practices
    • Maintain the store in an exceptionally clean, organized, and presentable condition
  • Personnel Management:
    • Motivate, guide, and support all team members
    • Address basic personnel issues at the local level and complete required documentation for HR
    • Lead the recruitment process in coordination with HR and train staff on all required duties

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience, directly supervising a non-exempt employee population
  • Strong familiarity with the AMIRI brand, aesthetic, and narrative
  • Experience working in the luxury retail industry
  • Strong systems proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and general CRM and POS
  • Additional language skills a plus
