Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained, providing excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker room, storage areas, and other facilities.
  • Restock towels and other consumables as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any areas that require immediate attention.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment and work with cleaning products and hand tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
