Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
  • Provide excellent services to members and patients
  • Greet members and patients upon arrival, checking them in to see the Chiropractor
  • Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members
  • Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
