Key Responsibilities

  • Tee Time Management: Coordinate with the Golf Services team to manage tee times, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate with guests regarding their golf experience, providing information on course conditions, amenities, and services.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of golf-related merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Golf Services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of golf operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a golf environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions
