  4. Support the sampling program by keeping sample areas clean and well-stocked.
  5. Participate in inventory checks and maintain back stock in an orderly manner.
  6. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
  7. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean working environment.
  8. Complete assigned opening, mid, and closing duties accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn about various bakery products and their preparation.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in various temperature conditions, including cold and warm environments. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
