Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate verification and distribution of parts in accordance with established procedures, facilitating efficient repairs.
  • Receive, label, and distribute parts promptly upon arrival or by designated times for overnight shipments.
  • Confirm the accuracy of parts through meticulous matching processes.
  • Allocate parts to designated carts/containers and deliver them to workstations.
  • Post and scan parts into the inventory system.
  • Manage the return and reordering of incorrect or damaged items.
  • Monitor the status of incomplete orders, including backorders and credits, and follow up as needed.
  • Execute urgent parts deliveries as required.
  • Maintain zero pending credits.
  • Keep the workspace organized and clean.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Preferred knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Successful completion of a background check is necessary.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

The role necessitates regular use of hands, as well as the ability to communicate verbally and audibly. Frequent standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods are required.
