Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and talented Corporate Finance Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This role presents a chance to engage with complex legal issues and contribute significantly to our operations. The successful candidate will manage various corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with securities law, capital markets, venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert legal counsel on diverse corporate finance issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Overseeing mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and documentation.
  • Advising on compliance with federal and state securities regulations.

  • Offering legal guidance on venture capital and private equity deals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, particularly in corporate finance.
  • Bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, compliance, capital markets, venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
