Job Title: School-Based Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate School-Based Therapist to join our team at Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. (CIFC Health). As a School-Based Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations to identify students' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' mental health concerns.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with school staff and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Document all clinical interventions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
