Responsibilities:

* Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to students
* Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and develop care plans
* Consult with providers and coordinate care as needed
* Attend clinical team meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives
* Meet productivity standards and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

* Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH
* Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Education:

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field

Experience:

2+ years of experience working with children and families in a school setting

License/Certification:

Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH

School-based setting

Physical Demands:

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* Ability to sit for long periods
* Ability to travel to different school locations

Supervision:

Reports to the Clinical Director

Confidentiality:

Maintains confidentiality of patient information

Background Check:

Requires a background check

Drug Test:

Requires a drug test

Other:

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality of patient information
