Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to play a crucial role in optimizing medication therapy and working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage patient medication plans to ensure safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.
  • Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on medication therapies, including dosing, side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews during patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to prevent errors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving medication safety and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • PharmD or RPh from an accredited school.
  • Current and valid license to practice.
  • Understanding of DEA and FDA health regulations.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented person of upstanding integrity.
  • Ability to handle a large workload while still working efficiently and accurately.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Personable and well-spoken with great customer service.
