Compensation: $18-$23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the facility and its surroundings. This includes:

  • Safely preparing cleaning solutions for production areas.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces including conveyors, tunnels, floors, walls, and garbage containers.
  • Managing waste by segregating recyclables and disposing of trash appropriately.
  • Ensuring restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and kept in pristine condition.
  • Cleaning common areas such as conference rooms, cafeterias, and exterior grounds.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting any food safety or quality issues to management.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in sanitation areas at all times.

Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Familiarity with current cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment, including the safe use of chemical cleaning agents and maintenance tools.

Skills:
Ability to operate heavy cleaning machinery, prepare cleaning solutions, and follow safety protocols. Must possess basic arithmetic skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, lifting, and moving waste containers. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.

Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with others and contribute positively to a team environment. Forklift experience is advantageous.
