Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting across various fiber optic systems.
  • Install, repair, and maintain Optical Network Terminals (OTE) and Optical Line Terminals (OLT).
  • Employ Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) and Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) technologies to optimize network performance.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver fiber optic initiatives.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and standards.
  • Offer technical support and mentorship to team members.
  • Compile and present detailed reports on project status.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in fiber splicing.
  • Expertise in OTE, OLT, DWDM, and CWDM technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety protocols.
  • Relevant certification in fiber optic technology is preferred.
