Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting across various fiber optic networks.
  • Install, repair, and maintain Optical Line Terminals (OLT) and Optical Network Terminals (OTE).
  • Employ Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) and Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) technologies to optimize network performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement fiber optic initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Offer technical support and mentorship to team members.
  • Generate precise reports concerning project advancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in fiber splicing.
  • Expertise in OTE, OLT, DWDM, and CWDM technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety protocols.
  • Preferred certification in fiber optic technology.
