Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Mon Health Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing endovascular procedures on patients, monitoring their hemodynamic status, and documenting during procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform endovascular procedures on patients, including cardiac catheterizations and peripheral interventions
  • Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and document during procedures
  • Scrub during endovascular procedures to assist the physician
  • Maintain job and license requirements, attend mandatory in-services, and actively participate in self-education
  • Complete all required competency assessments on time
  • Perform ACC requirements and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • 1-2 years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology preferred
  • Registered by the A.R.R.T., R.T.(R) is required
  • BLS and ACLS certification within probationary period
  • WV Medical Imaging License required
Work Environment

This position requires frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs with a maximum lifting of 50 lbs. The work environment is a medium work setting with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
