Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Princeton Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree).
