Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant with HCA

Right at Home West LA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join their team in the West Los Angeles region.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who is driven by a strong sense of dedication and compassion to provide exceptional personal care services to elderly and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Remind clients to take medications accurately and ensure their specific medical needs are met.
- Contribute to light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Cultivate a sense of companionship and emotional support through meaningful conversations.
- Facilitate transportation to medical appointments, errands, and recreational outings.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is advantageous, but not required.
- Display a compassionate and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients and their families.
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively and respond effectively.
- Uphold reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
- Hold a valid and registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license, recent TB test results, and up-to-date CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are considered valuable assets.
- Candidates must meet a minimum age requirement of 18 years.
