About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team, who will play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction while assisting the Store Manager in all operational aspects. Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and leadership
* Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective strategies and initiatives
* Train and coach store associates to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
* Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
* Manage inventory and handle logistics to optimize efficiency and profitability

Requirements

* 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience required
* Previous supervisory experience preferred but not necessary
* Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Strong leadership and customer management skills
* Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
